  • @icegoguma you mean knee wraps right? They help lifting heavier. But in "raw" Powerlifting wraps (and a squat suit) are not allowed. So I don't use them.

  • is there a reason the eccentric is so slow? i feel like the slower eccentric could be really hard for a good concentric portion of the squat especially with no stretch reflex out of the bottom
