@labartic I think thats down to merely not just revoking the use of guns, there are many factors for amount of guns available in that country and the amount of damage they do. Obviously an overwhilming one is criminals don't obey the law but I believe this to be an over simplification. There seems to be a 'way of the gun' mentality with many americans that work fine in theory but can often lead to mistakes. Also there is more to the constitution that supports the right to bear arms.

The UK, on the other hand, with no guns, is at 0.46.
Yes, with criminals, where there's a will, there's a way, but guns kill, you fucking retard. Mexico is an extreme, because it doesn't have a lot preventing this in terms of regulations and police force. It's simple to smuggle a gun into there. Not so much the UK.
