well looks like electricity hits and split H2O, its creating hydrogen ,more wind speed means more electricity goes to the bucket.and thats hydrogen convert from wind.we can save that instead of electricity.smart.
The only hydrogen her my friend is still attached to the oxygen atom by a very strong covalent bond. I wish it were this easy to create hydrogen. Pumping air into the water increases the dissolved oxygen levels of the water.
The structure between the rotors is the venturi chamber. The chamber causes an increase in the winds velocity which causes a low pressure area. It basically pulls the air from the front of the rotors to reduce drag and increase efficiency.
