  • This actually help a bit. Made me relax but yeah the food thing end messed it up.

  • The fact that this is an advertisement for a snack and you made 2 fake accounts to pretend to enjoy it probably won't help people with their depression.

  • actually, when i put them down, that weight still was there. i waited a minute or two, and still. almost anything i do adds up on it. <_<

  • I feel all zenned out. This is kind of like The Secret, and I'm totally into that stuff.

  • Professional athletes who have visualized training do as well as those who actually train. Why not visualize success, or happiness or wealth! Whether there's a "higher force" at work, or you're simply training your mind to have more confidence, etc... the result will undoubtedly be positive!

  • Very Soooooothing! Nice Video. I felt a little light-headed... which is better than I felt before!

  • You may be getting more oxygen than you're used to! And that's not a bad thing! Deep breathing even without visualization is very good for calming anxiety. Add the visualization to it for more "power"... power to feel however you want!
