Bedlam 1-2-3 is the last track on Exhibit A and The Ballad of Leonard and Charles is the first track on Exhibit B. Check out the end of Good Riddance and the start of A Call to Arms. They match up too.

@caboose391 I know the Bedlam/Ballad thing, but I always thought that Good Riddance/A Call To Arms idea was a bit of a stretch. I'll try to do it when I can though.
