I wouldn't be surprised, but that's only because nobody's seen the films yet! It's way to early to say who I think will be nominated. I don't wanna go setting unrealistic expectations for myself or anyone else. I only propose "possibilities" at this point, and in that manner of thinking, I'd say yes, nominations for those three actresses are reasonable possibilities.
"The Illusionist" is sure to be an animated film contender. Fantastic reception from Berlin Film Festival, the return of Jacques Tati's Monsieur Hulot, and directed by the same guy who did The Triplets of Belleville.
The King's Speech, 127 Hours, Biutiful - for best pictures / Colin Firth, James Franco, Javier Bardem - for best actor in a leading role

Your thoughts on True Grit and Tron Legacy?
Ivanatis 1 year ago
I'm actually quite looking forward to "True Grit".
Coens + Jeff Bridges + Roger Deakins = Awesome!
That said, it doesn't really strike me as awards material.
Ditto "Tron Legacy", which I'm personally not all that excited about.

I've heard enthusiastic things about it. I hope it manages to find a US distributor this year.
