what we do know for certain is that there is a bill hr 875 that obama is trying to pass that would make backyard vegetable gardens illegal and that Obama has appointed former vice pres of Monsanto to the FDA, there just might be a conflict of interest there! This kind of unscientific crap happens only in the US, where 60% of the people still believe that God created the earth in 7 days and that man and dinosaurs lived together at one point in time, and that evolution is bollocks. Of course, and the earth is 6000 years old.

Grow up people. Read, get educated, and dump your superstitions about the big government and the WHO taking over your kitchen. The Codex Alimentarius is a voluntary reference standard - your country is not FORCED to adopt it.

How is it voluntary? If its passed by a governing body like WHO or WTO countries that choose not to adopt a legislesture such as. making organic foods illigeal to grow, get continually taxed rediculous amounts until they cannot do anything about it.

Voluntary: We (the US) proposed the CTBT, but never ratified it, even though it was adopted by the UN in 1996. We have voluntarily chosen to stay out of it.

Unscientific: Just because you are paranoid about drug firms, politics and other corporations, does not negate science. If it does, please give your data and sources.
