nice find. i still find the glitch kinda of odd because i don't see any haggar and spencer teams at all to utilize it. might be a good thing. oh well, i guess capcom will update that in the next patch.

What's funny is that Arthur's original voice is Japanese. I'm like, "WTF?! How can Arthur's original voice be in Japanese?!" I guess he was voiced in Japanese before or something.

Joe's Japanese voice is fine. I got used the one he had in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. But, I agree with you on Arthur, Haggar, and Spencer. They just sound wrong.
