@HellMoth95 Well you add ''je'' or ''tje'' to make it smaller. So for example Kast (Closet). So to make it smaller
you have to put ''je'' behind it ''kastje''. Btw, you only use 'tje' if the word doesn't end on a 't' but if a word ends on a 'd' you dont have to put 'tje'
And if you have some requests just PM me / leave a message!
Georgi German Looks nothing like Dutch at all i don't know where you are from but i am dutch and i know all the differences and there are alot of em
That like the same with all ppl think Chines and japanes look alot like eacht other and Ukraineian and Russian But there are alot of diffrences in both languages
@miercuri indeed. I talked some dutch in our class one day and my friend next to me said "you speak really bad german. you should practice more". I was like "no.. it is dutch" and he said back "ah ok.. but it sounded like german and there was similiar words"
2:20 Please, please tell me the name of the song! It's really important! I hunt for that song so much time already!!!! Nice video by the way! I'm willing to learn Dutch! It's similar to German and English so much! I love that! :)
Not quite. Dutch people know there are many differences between German and Dutch. The german grammar is so much easier than the dutch grammar. I don't even understand things and dutch is my motherlanguage.
But yeah for people who speak english (for example) does dutch and german seem very similiar. That's why most kids in "middle school" choose german instead of french.
Thank you for uploading this, roodwitblauw. Being English living in Europe, I have visited and worked in your lovely country on numerous occasions, and hope to go back there soon. It's very useful to know these phrases, and other tidbits. When is lesson 2 coming?

Dankje wel.

Just a small comment:
Veel means a lot.
Erg means really.
So you should use "erg" in this sentence, otherwise you'd say: "it's a lot cool".
