1812 Overture played great by the Philippine Army Band! My high school played this for our last concert, very difficult piece, It has a tuba part like none other haha, but of course we did'nt play it as good as them. Where's the rest??

Is this the PA Band na formerly Philippine Constabulary band under Col Walter Loving and Col. Buenaventura? Who is the current commanding officer?
