Try using Active Camera 2004 (payware), FSRecorder (freeware) or F1view from Flight1 (freeware).

thanks but doesent they slow down the game couse i have a problem my pc better then it needs to be for playing fs2004 but it still is slow as hell PS i meant you can use your wired 360 controller on fs it sucks but the plane gets easier to land :) sorry 4 my english

I was flying into LPMA just yesterday, i found the a330 is very sluggish on the final turn, at 140knots and around 1,000 feet. I agree about the Throttle retard, although just floating with your inertia is still going to slow you down pretty quick. Its good to retard around 150feet with the a330. :)

Yeap! The sound is not the best. I have an integrated s/c but it is not very fine tuned in the software settings.
