Hi, The best course to start with (one on the video) is the RYA Level 2 powerboat course. On completion you can then apply for the ICC, which is sometimes referred to as the international driving license. The benefit of the ICC is that it will enable you to charter boats up 10 metres in length (e.g. search on Sealine F33). Bizarrely you are not required to hold any license at all to drive a boat on UK waters? Completing the course will also reduce insurance premiums if you own a boat here.
