I spent a lot of time in Algeria during the 80:ies. My father worked there at the time. It's wonderful to be able to see at least something from a country were I spent many years of my childhood. Things were rather safe back then.

this is great! i am a private american who was living in algiers when this was shot. i was there for that flood and i had a job and walked around alone downtown and i'm female! also funny is i worked with this tourguide in 2006 with the first group of american tourists to visit algiers since about 1990. what's up said! i moved back home after three years there after the recent bombings. alger la blanche i miss you.
