It's 'Rove' which used to air live on Channel Ten in Australia. It was probably one of the most funny talkshows I've watched and I've watched a lot to date.
His accent reminds me of a little piece on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, where Craig and Hugh Laurie were talking about how one can do a decent Welsh accent by doing a really bad Indian accent. :)
