Depends on your camera actually. Whether it is Full Frame lets say D700 - then you need the 16mm Fisheye or DX camera like D7000 - then go for the 10,5mm.

If a DX lens says its 10.5mm and put it on a DX camera....it stays 10.5mm? No crop factor?

A lens' focal length NEVER changes. The only thing that changes is the portion that is cropped from it's image circle. The 10.5mm lens on a DX camera will give a field of view that is similar to a lens that has a focal length of 16mm.

@juki009 No, it will be cropped. The widest non fisheye full frame lens you will see will probably be a 14mm for canon, or a 15mm for nikon. (they did do a 13mm once but that was silly)

Fisheye Lens were originally developed for scientific work in weather and astronomy. It is also the lens of choice now for creating 360 degree HDR lighting maps for movies and visual effects. A circular Fish eye lens would just need 3 images to create a 360 degrees panoramic shot. Used together with a 360 pano head like the Nodal Ninja.
