The Grundgesetz was drafted by the western Allies after the war and by 1949 the BRD was created as a temporarily occupied west zone and there fore is not a legitimate state and does not to this day replace the German Reich ( Deutsches Reich). Germany to this day is not a free souveraine nation and there fore continues to have puppet political party regime of the allies. Sad but true.

After 1990 the sentence in the introduction that the people of germany are called to vote for a new constitution was deleted. Even if Art. 146 is still active it doesnt mean that germany doesnt has a constitution.The Grundgesetz has all (!) elements of a legal constitution and is seen as this today (even if its called "Grundgesetz" from tradition..And I cant see any occupation of germany today. @TheViolet76 Ehh... You don't have to bring religion into this. God is a pretty fucked up guy too if you actually read the old and new testament. Killing countless amounts of people (who he created, and don't forget that God created the Devil, and if God knows everything than God must have known that the Devil would turn on him) for trivial reasons, in the name of love I'm assuming. Anyway, this is just what empires do. They want all the power they can have. Time to revolt.

@lasoogneypubes i suppose God gave man the ability to sin when he gave man free will. But God did not create sin. As God put the tree of the knowlodge of good and evil in the garden, and told adam and eve not to eat of this tree, the min. they do, they create sin. He made Lucifer as an angel, and Lucifer chose to sin.

@LivingForTheLord1994 No no no, God created EVERYTHING. Not just objects, but ideas like evil. If God created man, then God crafted all of his inner workings. God made every being including Lucifer therefore he made Lucifer with the capability to commit sin. If God is all knowing than he would have known full well that he was making a being that was inherently evil. Also, why did God make Adam and Eve so easy to trick by evil snakes that God also created?

@lasoogneypubes Where is it in the bible that God made Evil?? In the 6 days that God made everything God saw that they were all good things. All of the first ch. of Genesis. And yes, God did give lucifer the ability to commit sin, He gave all of us the ability to commit sin. That ability comes with free will. If we didnt have the ability to sin, then we wouldn't have free, i like having free will, i just choose not to commit sin.

@lasoogneypubes God knew what Lucifer was doing, but like the rest of us, free will, judgement, and our choices determine the outcome of us. And Adam was not tempted of the devil "serpent" Adam was just being a faithful husband and took after Eve, this is one of the reasons, Men are given more authority over man. And snakes are just snakes, animals, like cats, and dogs, that paticular snake, was possed by sataan, to be extra devious.

@LivingForTheLord1994 You're not understanding... God created every single thing.. which means every single aspect of our personality was planned out by God. It would have to be. He knows all. So he KNOWINGLY made Satan inherently evil. It doesn't matter if he had free will. If God made Satan inherently good than Satan would have done good. But God obviously made Satan inherently evil, because he created him and he knows all. The free will argument doesn't make sense.

@lasoogneypubes I am understanding you. But hold this as a baseline. God only makes GOOD things. okay based on that, Everyone is Born good. but Sin turns people bad. Lucifer was good, but jealousy turned him bad. A man is born good, done everything good in his life, a real religious man. A hardship comes upon him and he loses everything, instead of prayer and worship to things better, he starts to steal stuff, by temptation and the situation he was in, he Chose to go Bad.

So if God created evil and sin, then why does it piss him off so much that humans sin when he not only created sin, but gave humans the opportunity to sin? Man did, if you want to say God created man therefore sin, fine i see flaw in that, but God did not physically create sin, you will not find that in first or second chapter of Genesis or anywhere else in that matter. God did create hell yes, and you have to understand what adam and eve were created for, to till the land of earth. That's it. God Gave adam and eve free will because he wanted to them consciousnessly to do it they way he specified.

So why make us suffer eternally if we choose not to follow him? If he loves us and wants us to do what we want, then why torture us forever for not believing? I think a better alternative would be for people who believe in God to go to heaven, and those who don't just die and disappear. That's a lot more loving.

And your right, it's our duty as Christians to spread the word to everyone so that doesn't happen to them. And yes it is his decision to send people to hell absolutely, But he won't send us there if we are faithful and obedient.
