I have a problem with my G36, the nozzle doesn't withdraw enough to let the bullets into the barrel. Have you dealt with a problem like that before and do you have a solution to it?
I am thinking that it might be a problem with the cylinder head...
@DisguisedAirsofter I am looking to upgrade my jg g36k. I want to increase the range, fps, and accuracy. What parts would be best to do this? Also what wuld be the best spring type to use i have found a 170% spring but would this be to powerful for gear box and motor?
@thomson728 Look into a madbull tightbore in the appropriate length (I believe 360-370mm, m4 length) and a systema hopup bucking. For more fps past the gain from these, you can go for a guarder sp110 spring (rated with .25, so effectively a rating higher) or a normal m120 spring. (NOT MADBULL) You will need to correct AOE on the piston, add a bearing spring guide, metal bushings (should be 7mm, so modify tempered steel) , reshim, and use deans connectors. Use .25g or .28g bbs with this upgrade.
@thomson728 On average... $35 barrel $6 bucking $12 spring guide $10 spring $15 bushings $2 shims $5 to deans your gun, batteries, and charger So roughly $85 I also recommend stretching the o-ring from your piston head over the cyllinder, coating it in silicon grease, and heating it with a lighter quickly to stretch it for a better seal if it doesn't already have a good seal.
@ImUnd3cid3d It goes under the trigger, the longer end of the spring goes against the trigger and the shorter end goes through a small hole in the gearbox shell.
Is this gun the same as the jg 608? Because I noticed in one of your other comments you said the teeth on the gears are plastic but on the website I ordered my jg 608 from, it said metal gearbox and I thought that meant metal gears as well but I could be wrong. Good video too!
@Roosterfart33 Yes, it is the same as the 608. I said the teeth on the piston are plastic, not the gears. It has metal gears and the standard white JG nylon (plastic) piston with one metal tooth. The older versions had nylon (plastic) bushings as well.
@NebraskaBlakshirts All standard pistons work in the v3 gearbox. Avoid G&G reinforced pistons due to the center to center distance from the sector gear to the piston being modified in G&G guns, JG red (metal rack) pistons should also be avoided due to high failure rate. Look for a new JG white, TM white, SRC green, or azimuth piston.
Hi mate great vids I'm looking to upgrade my gun as it was last chrono'd at 300 some good advice thanx

AirsoftXManiac0121 11 months ago
@AirsoftXManiac0121 You can either buy a full JG/E1 g36 gearbox or get a SRC and put a motor of choice on it.

What brand of spring guide should I get for a stock JG v2 and v3 gearbox?
Duy556 11 months ago
@Duy556 Whatever the cheapest ones with bearings are that you can find. As long as it has bearings, It's going to be good.

@DisguisedAirsofter Thank you very much for this help. How much would purchasing these upgrades cost?

My new favorite gun. Shoots and feels amazing i even compared it to a Tm and it almost perfectly matches up shooting wise not internally

hey would i need metal bushings if i put a 9.6 1600 battery in it or can i just leave the stock ones in thank you!!!!!
a7xsyngatescustom 1 year ago
@a7xsyngatescustom It will work fine, however, I recommend metal bushings over time for a longer lifespan.

how big of a spring could i put in my jg gc6 without screwing anything up?
a7xsyngatescustom 1 year ago
@a7xsyngatescustom I wouldn't change out springs without changing out some of the stock parts first.

no, that's an upgrade

does the original piston have metal teeth
ryan100athoney 2 years ago
The original piston is a white polycarb type with a steel release tooth, the rest of the teeth are very strong plastic.
