Twista, Tung Twista back then, was one of the first artists signed to Loud Records back in 1991. E-40 came out in 1992, his first solo album in 93. Mystikal came out in 94. And Rappin 4-Tay occasionally raps fast, but I wouldn't necessarily call him a fast rapper. So maybe Tung Twista wasn't the first fast rapper to make it to the mainstream, but he was definitely one of the first to bring out the fast rap style, and by far the fastest rapper of the bunch.
