I agree and I felt the same way too. I have Vincy parents who have lived in England for years and everytime we go home its stress. Barbados interchange is always a nuisance. I will be going home more often now this new Airport is being built, this will boost St Vincent's profile with the other neighbouring islands, tourisium, jobs etc... We we will be on the map.
I've lived abroad for 40 years and have been praying for an international airport. When I heard the hon. Gonsalves decided to build; I was overjoyed. I believe it will be completed. Great job. Having to deal with the connecting flights home is a horror. I will come home more often now that we will have an international airport.
