The M12 line from Milwaukee is perfect for me. Recently replaced an aging DeWalt 18v. set (which I got a lot of "mileage" out of over the years) with the Milwaukee M12 line. Couldn't be happier. I'm not a pro-level builder, but am pretty handy around the house, and like to help friends with projects where tools like this are helpful. So the M12 made sense for me (as opposed to the more powerful (and expensive) 18- or 24-volt models). I highly recommend the M12: solid, dependable, and affordable.
I love this thing. When I need to do precise cuts into drywall and other materials it works great. Though it may not have the power of a Sawzall, the versatility goes a lone way.
