  • Why are you so delicate during plating, they are called Sloppy Joes.

  • is brown sugar important?

  • this looks good, w/ some lettuce yuuumm.

    thanks again!

  • Cheese on sloppy joes? Never heard of that.

    But it has possibilities.

  • you get a subscription for just using one pot. always. and i don't subscribe to any old tripe, so you should take that as a compliment.

  • drools!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • looks great ..........im not trying to be mean but i would cut my onions a little bit more

  • "Everyone will eat it (except from vegetarians & vegans)".

  • One pot your stuff is great, I ahve a sloppy joe that's not to bad. mustgrill

  • First time I ever watched a OnePotChef video. The food looks great, makes me hungry and the chef is adorable!

  • i am Mexican and i am watching this.

  • I usually add some corn flour to the beef to thicken the mixture so that it doesn't fall around too much.

  • interesting... so meat (beef!!!) is cheap in britain? cool :(

  • oh yum my mother used to make this :D yumm

  • i wouldnt eat that, im jewish !

  • @MashkaInYourFace ??? just don't add the cheese, and jewish ppl nowadays barely keep kosher dont front.

  • Lol @ using ketchup as a base in a sauce. Oh, you Americans ...

  • @lavishlyDecorated Hey it works, give it a try...lol. Actually, this is an old fashioned (vey goodl) recipe for sloppy joes. Personally, I would add even more ketchup - or maybe a little BBQ sauce which (in America) most often resembles ketchup with a kick of worcestershire.

  • Would mayo be nice in these?.

  • @Cytacon In a word - NO.

  • thankyooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • pause at 0:02 :O

  • Thanks OnePotShow , may i ask about the camcoder you use to shot your videos ?

  • @otaconas I use a Canon FS 100 camcorder. It's nothing fancy, but works well :)

  • @OnePotChefShow thanks for all your videos Chef i'm a big fan , thanks for the tips..

  • In America we also have hot ketchup. I think thatd be good perhaps, its not toooo hot. But thanks for the recipe, see I just realized that I never knew what was IN sloppy joes. lol Because I always used the cans of 'sloppy joe sauce.' :O

    I totally learned something! :)

  • In America, it is called "sloppy" because it is. We pour the beef and sauce over the bun and then eat it with a fork. Same sort of ingredients as you have there but more sauce.

  • i have made many of your recipes and they are just delicious!! thank you! =) all of my family and friends LOVE your recipes!

  • hm but remember u have also german friends or others lol

beef minced is called Hack zer . yummi recipe

  • Your sloppy Joe looks more appetizing than the Hamburger Helper pre-made boxed version that they sell in the states.

  • @sfk1066 everything is better made from scratch than bought in a box

  • wow dude.. amazing eyes lol.. i mean that in the most heterosexual way xD

  • instead of using the onions and bell peppers can I use something else?

  • I cant eat that im alergic to wheat

  • that would be a bitch to eat! it'd fall out everywhere!!

  • @Alreetkid That's why it's called Sloppy! Actually, it clings on inside the bun quite well, I guess it depends how you hold it ;)

  • :))))))

  • mad cravings for food and this has satisfied me, just by lookingat it

  • haha pause at 0:02... funny smile haha

  • Can u plaza make a weetbix slice recipe

  • i bet you learnt to cook from youtube

  • Just made it for the family SO EASY AND QUICK AND AMAZING :D! thankyou! everyone gave it 5 stars :D

  • is there another alternative sweet syrup to corn syrup we can used? some friends of mine told me that corn syrup is very bad for health.

  • @hahaha001002 Corn syrup isn't used in this recipe - I think you might have commented on the wrong video :)

  • @hahaha001002 and corn syrup is as bad as sugar anyways

  • @hahaha001002 This would make for a very unusual sloppy joe lol.

  • @hahaha001002 Believe it or not, you can use a "syrup" in your Sloppy Joes. You can add about 1/2 cup of Coca Cola just before you put the lid on and let it simmer for 20 minutes. The Coke will reduce and add a hint of sweetness to the taste. There's an American fast food chain called Maid-Rite that specializes in Sloppy Joes. It has a cult following. That's their "secret recipe": They add Coke syrup to their Maid-Rite Sloppy Joes.

  • soooo tasty ! <3

  • all i can say is ★★★★★ out of ★★★★★

  • where i come from we use alot of mince or ground meat what we do is we strain it by browning it off then putting it in cold water then removing the fat that floats to the top it makes it more healthy that way

  • dude your awsome like zome yurs so awsome wats your face book

  • @mkroehnert1 Link in the video description :)

  • Okay so tried this but dismally failed...lol

  • @kegs666 What went wrong?

  • @OnePotChefShow I went overboard on the ketchup....massively....tasted like fairy floss beef :P

  • @kegs666 Oh dear! Well at least you know not to do that next time ;)

  • I always wanted to know what sloppy joes were.

    Thanks for sharing

    Tommy - Brisbane Australia

  • wow, it seems complicated for sloppy joes, I just use a can of vegetable soup(tomato soup mixed in) and ground beef, I might add onions and peppers to the mix, but nothing like you did, mine is a lot thicker too, I pour the sauce and all into the burger bun, usually eat it with a fork, but good all the same.

  • Making this right now... Smells so nice, I can not wait to dig in.

    Thanks David

You are so awesome, Thanks again :D

  • You can also put 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in there :D

  • I enjoy your Channel very much, very informative! You have beautiful eyes!

  • Great video. I tried this last night it was wonderful! Sorry for the comments to your viewers but I am not hating on anything. Thanks for the vid.

  • One of the simplest, yet highly satisfying meals ever!

  • i can totally smell it from the screen!!!!

  • So That's How You Make a Sloppy Joee...

  • can u replace the bell peppers with somthing else? if so what?

  • @Beno32145 Try diced or grated carrot, diced tomato or pretty much any vegetable you prefer ;)

  • looks more like a neat joe to me. lol. just teasing. i haven't put dijon mustard in sloppy joe sauce b4. i'll have to try that out. thanks for sharing <3/\.

  • Try making a quick sauce for sloppy joes out of mayonnaise and grape jelly. Just mix the two together and smear a good helping of it on each bun. Its delicious and adds a lovely sweet flavor to the sandwich. :)

  • I've always wondered what sloppy joes were!!

  • MMMMM yummy!!!! thanks again for another great video!!!

  • My favorite meal!!

  • omg im soo hungry now.

  • To make the vegetarian version, maybe i can put mock duck into a blender and turn it into 'ground beef'. Everything else can stay the same. I'd put less sugar to keep the sweetness down and use some spices.

Allright, i'm hungry just thinking about it.

  • @orangedac Sounds delicious :)

  • Love your recipe....as usual, I enjoy your videos...hope you are having a great weekend..hugs from Rhode island.
