Okay, first of all, emo is not even remotely connected to metal. Metal fans hate emo. The real emo-genre is more along the lines of Sunny Day Real Estate and acoustic sobbing music.

Second, it's not J-pop, it's neo classical with some J-pop influences. As far as this song goes anyway. Even so, this song has a depressive mood, and thus, I choose to call it emo.

@Ikkiku first of all just because is has a dark ethereal sound doesn't make it "emo" emo actually stand for emotionally charged ahrdcore punk rock, it's been adead musci since the mid 80's in punk rock, it was never a clothing style or genre, thats just what the media used to label a punk look and bands with a similar look, and preteens(like yourself) started following it, this my freind is more goth related, it's dark with classical twist or perhaps even j-pop,
