GTA SOL is United but also with San Andreas and an added Mainland Liberty. Sadly there aren't any paths, so no peds and cars, so it can get quite boring quickly as there's no action. Peds and cars will hopefully be possible soon. Instead of it being for San Andreas, it's for Vice City, I think that's quite cool because no one's interested in Vice City modding anymore.
