shirai ryu doesn't use no spin. also the design is off.

The Shirai Ryu School uses the no-spin method for short distance throw, and the Negishi Ryu for a direct hit at any distance from the target.

thats over simplification. the real style of shirai ryu is lost but the hand positions are completely different from the no spin throw you're doing

Well I overcheked the Shirai Ryu grab in the internet and my books and found the same way of grabing the shuriken (same as I do).

Mr. Shirakami is not successor of Shirai-ryu.

Shirai-ryu is lost even in Japan in addition to Europe and America.

All the book appearing in Europe and America is translation of book of Mr. Shirakami.

In other words it is not Shirai-ryu.

É verdade, mas não havia espaço suficiente para a câmara filmar o alvo e a mim ao mesmo tempo. Alem disso encontram-se facilmente na net os kata (exercícios predefinidos) do Shirai Ryu ( ou 白井りゅ), mais propriamente o Koso no I (lançamento frontal, presente no vídeo).
