I say it is about time that Haiti re-annex the Dominican Republic and change it's name back to being Saint Domingue. Saint Domingue was the wealthiest colony in the America's and at in the 1780's it produced 40% of the sugar and 60% of the coffee that was imported into the United States. Saint Domingue was called the PEARL OF THE ANTILES. The Dominican Republic belongs to Haiti by the Peace of Basel (1795). The entire island of Hispanola should be French and not have Spanish in it.
