wants to make a small correction. The narration was correct but the table at 39.15 is incorrect.

E=255 N!=0 implies NaN which is written as "Do represent a number". It should be "Does not represent a number" which was correctly narrated in discussion.

In the Hypothetical representation you used, why is the exponent 100, when the comma has moved 3 places. Shouldn't it be 0011 i.e 3?
