I'm stopping the hcg today (Day 32), though I had planned to go another 10 days, because I've been called out of state to help a friend who's having a c-section on Thursday. She has a troubled marriage, a chaotic household, difficult stepchildren, many animals to tend, and I just don't think I can maintain the VLCD while I'm there!
Congratulations on losing inches, even when the scale is not showing a weight loss. I too am struggling a little with antojos. I cook so much for my family...But, I'm making carne con chile tonight for myself! Thanks for your videos.
