Now I was told by a friend of mine who dirt bikes that arm pump shouldn't be too bad for me because I'm starting off with a lack of muscle in my forearms. Is that true? Because I'm starting to think differently after seeing this
I didnt see the dvd but do it until you cant hold the weights then take a 2 minute rest then do it again then another 2 minute rest i do this for atleast 8 times then sometimes 12, hope i was good help. but believe me its not easy dont it that maany times but no pain no gain.

How long do you need to do these exercices ? How many times per day?
