@MultiHustla123 Exactly lie a real gun but just without the bullet on the end of the shell so no dangerous projectiles flying out the front of the gun.

I was shooting like that more than 20 years ago, and i was not 18 and purchase was not a problem. Today you can't get a Blank gun or ammo under 18. Also that revolver has a full drum like on real gun and no metal rod in barrel, so it was possible to do it. Also today i bought Blank gun EKOL Firat Compact 9mm for 90€. I don't know how loud will be.

I wonder if is possible if you put empty round (for projectile) in the pistol barrel and then fire. I done this before many times with 6mm revolver, and was good for shootings pigeons. You hit them with empty round, with no kill of course.

@prulcan Probably not the best idea, may be breaking some sort of law, there is also a metal rod in the barrel that stops objects from going in or through the barrel.

@retrdsrus Not as much but some, not as much because the force does not have a bullet to push against like in a real gun, imagine standing and pushing your arms straight out real fast like an air pushup, you will not move much. but try doing the same thing with a wall in front of you...

@lilbesho Blank guns are still dangerous at close range, they do not shoot a projectile, an Airsoft gun shoots plastic BB's and does not use gunpowder.

@lilbesho Because the saem force that a bullet has is used in the empty shell to make teh gun go bang! If you put the muzzle of the gun very close to an object all that force will go into it like a very large firecracker going off in your hand but imagine it right in your face. There have been actors killed by the misuse of blank guns.

@altafmohal Yes, that is where I am from, you just have to make sure they are not prohibited ones, the EKOL Blanks guns are a safe bet.

@altafmohal Probably not a good idea to shoot blanks in a residential neighborhood. Would you shoot real gun where you are, because a blank gun looks and sounds like a real gun. The cops will come and you will get a beating at the least or shot on the spot ;)

@GodlessMartyr666 Mostly because of the Camera microphone compressing (Squishing) the audio levels. The blanks are actually very loud!

@skida1231 In Canada we need to take a course and have a license to own a firearm, most lower powered BB and Pellet guns do not need a license though.

Love those guns! Just a quick tip: when slowing down a clip that contains audio, export the audio and use audacity to slow it instead of the video program, it doesn't have that tinny repeating sound that way.

@MrRealgamer777 Yes they are very loud, it just doesn't sound that loud in the video because the camera microphone compresses the sound. You need to use ear protection when you shoot them. I was.

@Setobear Anything is possible but first off you would most likely be breaking the law and could go to jail. Secondly, the gun could blow up in your face when you try to shoot high pressure live ammunition. And thirdly, by trying to do this, you're bringing negative attention to blank guns that could prohibit the sale of them in the future. Lots of people ask this question but blanks guns are supposed to be blank guns, if you want a real gun, go through the proper legal steps to get one.
