@MelsouMelody I had quite a bit of trouble getting her head back on since she came so tightly strung, so I ended up using some jewerly pliers that I'd gotten from Michael's to pull up the S-hook. After her stringing loosened up, I didn't have to use pliers anymore. Instead, I could just slip a piece of strong string through the S-hook and pull it up. Hope that helps! @Emeliea492 Yes they do give you putty. I'm unsure as far as the eye shape goes since I only have flat eyes, but I would think rounds would work? Don't quote me on it, though....
