If you're 5"4 and you touch the top diamond doesn't mean you'll be able to even do a windmill when you're 6"4... When you get taller you don't necessarily jump higher, so that means: top diamond + 1 feet (if you were 6"4), that's barely enough to do a reverse... anyways stop bragging, I'm 5"7 and I can touch the rim and I have friends who have way more hops than me.

Natural dunker? Peeman112, if you COULDN'T dunk at 6'4, you'd be fucking pathetic. I can reach the top diamond on a net (the long one) consistently and comfortably, and I'm 5'4.
If I were 6'4 I'd be throwing down 540 dunks with ease. Shit, if I were 5'10 I'd be throwing 360s. Hell, I throw 720s on Rollerblades, if I were your height I'd be dunking THAT.
Basically, you have no reason to be bragging.
And these exercises are good. They had us doing some of em in Gymnastics.
