Let me explain the traffic agent. Traffic agents consist of mostly blacks, hispanics, indians and some jews. From elementary school to high school they were picked on and bullied. They lack education so they can't own their own business. They have no balls, so they're not going to to be a real cop, fireman or paramedic. What's not clear is the time the agent was actually writing the ticket. You don't show the time anywhere nor the ticket itself. This could very we have been written well after 1:30.

Bar none, the traffic agents are wrong in this situation no matter what. The fact that I had the ticket in my hand, showing it directly to two traffic agents and their Supervisor who was a Lieutenant, and the fact that they didn't even bother to look at the ticket, shows that they truly didn't give a shit what I had to say. They knew they were in the wrong. They knew I would beat the ticket and that is the exact reason why they wrote it in the first place.

I immediately went in my truck and pulled out the muni-ticket, not to make them change their mind, but to embarrass the hell out of them for their sins. I have nothing to prove to you. The traffic agents supervisor should have responded. I see him with a ticket but it was either improperly displayed or the traffic agent is writing a bogus ticket. I never believe these videos because some people just twist the truth sometimes. hopefully this was resolved and if it was bogus, that traffic agent should pay for that. He makes traffic and police look bad because although he is traffic it reflects on everyone from the NYPD.

Furthermore, I beat nearly all tickets that I receive. That shows you that there is a real problem with those who are writing the tickets. The only place that I get bogus tickets is in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The agents in Queens and the Bronx seem not to write fake tickets.
