  • Bigger calfs are just adding mass ! They help in some aspects of balance and strength ! But I have a degree in sports med ! And a lot of my athletes calfs aren't very big but they do damage in the sports they play !

  • can't wait for the flight-right program to come out. im definitely going to buy it. i got hops but i am skinny so every time i jump into the air i would just get knocked down or pushed off balance, i play volleyball and basketball. this should really help me with my explosive power, speed, stability, and endurance.

  • @relisson187 you gotta provide multiple approaches to limit strength and not just mere quickness. getting quick means nothing if you're not already strong enough doing the trick and absorbing the forces outside of the body (gravity, earth mass , momentum etc) that is worth up to 7 times own weight. this i might say is just a conditioning and even beginner type or core work out you know not the abs but coordination overall. Squats are safe.
