  • I add Cheese on that the sauce and taste are awesome!

  • pwedi po ba gamitin ang rabbit meat instead of goat kasi my egyptian husband likes to eat rabbit

  • Hi aisa62379,

Rabbit meat is also fine. Just see to it that the aroma smells good. Thanks for the comment.

  • i think pwede, coz i use cat meat instead of goat kasi my german dog likes to eat cat.

  • @donkeydo69 i said pwedi ba un rabbit meat kasi un egyptian husband ko likes to eat rabbit. Rabbit meat dito is common food and di lang dito sa egypt but also some parts of europe and america.

at hindi common food ang rabbit dito sa america. maybe in some states. but never been a common food here in the US.

    God bless.

  • @mother4pp thank you po :)

  • Hello, Aisa!

Ang rabbit meat parang chicken breast kaya medyo dry. Hindi ko pa kasi nasusubukan sa caldereta. May mga rabbits kami kaya may recipe ako. Pwede ka namang mag-imbento, pwede mong lagyan ng sour cream. kasi ako, laging the easiest way lang ;-).

    God bless.

  • @mother4pp hindi pwede... iba ang lasa. trust me.

  • @donkeydo69 XD

  • kabayan, mahusay ka!!! more videos please!!! pakarami ka!!! :D

  • Hi marchseven07,

Thanks for the compliment and comment. More power to you!

  • Great video. We've added it to our ranch website for goat meat customers. Thank you!

  • Hi SnowRanchCA,

Thanks for the acknowledgement. The meat "TENDERNESS" and cuisine "AROMA" are the things to watch for this dish. Happy cooking!

  • once i saw the soda and the chickenliver with the vinegar i knew u were filipino, but i dont like liver though it has that gritty/dry tatse to them but i do love goat

  • Hi graffnameseed,

    Thanks for the comment.

  • Also, another alternative for the chicken liver is just to buy RENO, liver spread is quite good.

  • Hi RandolfLedesma,

That can be also good but there are people who wouldn't eat pork (RENO liver spread is made from pork). Thanks for the comment.

  • tamang tama, im going to cook kalderata today, good thing I stopped by to watch your video, very educational

  • Hi cesarmeringalvez,

There are many ways to eliminate odor on exotic meats.(1) Wash them thoroughly (blood causes some meat to smell pungent) (2) Disregard the broth on the first boil (usually add an amount of vinegar) (3) Put lots of spices like ginger, lemon grass, pepper and others (4) the tomato sauce can also eliminate some odor.

    Thanks for the comment.

  • cesar try mong calderetang tao,and sarap sobra lasang aso hehe

  • kuya gud am,,wl kpb new recp,,? inaabangan ko kc hahaha

  • Hi hokoetsu,

I have 2 new videos coming. A bit busy to some of my other commitments... sorry about that. The new videos will be available ASAP. Thank you for being there.

  • Vid nicely done!

  • Hi leonguererro,

Thank you very much for the acknowledgement!

  • That's quite different style of cooking Kaldereta. I try that with beef. Goat's meat is very expensive and not readily available in stores.

  • Hi Latitude2007,

Beef meat taste really different from a goat's meat. You can try using lamb's meat if available. Thanks for the comment.

  • magaling. masarap. nagutom ako.

  • Hi zutukil,

Thank you for the positive response. If you will just follow the procedures, you can enjoy KALDERETA right at you own home or share it with your friends.

  • nice. but can you enable embedding?

  • Hi Porkchop909,

    Embedding? Sorry not this time.

    Thanks anyway for the comment.
