@donkeydo69 i said pwedi ba un rabbit meat kasi un egyptian husband ko likes to eat rabbit. Rabbit meat dito is common food and di lang dito sa egypt but also some parts of europe and america.
Mabuhay!

once i saw the soda and the chickenliver with the vinegar i knew u were filipino, but i dont like liver though it has that gritty/dry tatse to them but i do love goat
There are many ways to eliminate odor on exotic meats.(1) Wash them thoroughly (blood causes some meat to smell pungent) (2) Disregard the broth on the first boil (usually add an amount of vinegar) (3) Put lots of spices like ginger, lemon grass, pepper and others (4) the tomato sauce can also eliminate some odor.
I have 2 new videos coming. A bit busy to some of my other commitments... sorry about that. The new videos will be available ASAP. Thank you for being there.
Thank you for the positive response. If you will just follow the procedures, you can enjoy KALDERETA right at you own home or share it with your friends.
very good!!

Hi aisa62379,
Rabbit meat is also fine. Just see to it that the aroma smells good. Thanks for the comment.

at hindi common food ang rabbit dito sa america. maybe in some states. but never been a common food here in the US.

Also, another alternative for the chicken liver is just to buy RENO, liver spread is quite good.
RandolfLedesma 3 years ago
Hi RandolfLedesma,
That can be also good but there are people who wouldn't eat pork (RENO liver spread is made from pork). Thanks for the comment.

That's quite different style of cooking Kaldereta. I try that with beef. Goat's meat is very expensive and not readily available in stores.
Latitude2007 3 years ago
Hi Latitude2007,
Beef meat taste really different from a goat's meat. You can try using lamb's meat if available. Thanks for the comment.
