It tells the story of a soldier, the truth of the job. But underlying is the pain and the sickness that they feel, that no one ever really thinks about.

Hero of war ist so ein emotional berührendes Lied wenn man sich den Text anhört. Das ist einfach wunderschön und ich habe bei Rockkonzerten noch nie erlebt, dass alle schweigen und nur der Musik lauschen. Was ich nicht verstehe ist, dass manche Leute sagen 'Hero of war' sei Kriegsverherrlichend. Ich glaub die haben sich einfach den Text sich nicht richtig angehört. Daumen hoch wer genauso denkt!
