Every Mii u import from the Check Mii Out Channel has blue pants. If you created the Mii then it will have black pants, and if you favorite the Mii it will have red. There is also a glitch to have Mii's wearing gold pants. Even if you favorite a Mii that arrived from the Check Mii Out Channel his pants will remain blue. I hope this helps, take care!
