  • @alottapilatta Start with two red springs. As the client gets stronger and is ready for it, you can decrease resistance all the way down to yellow or even no springs for an extreme challenge.

    

  • Hi Julian, this exercise is a preparation for star but is also an evolution of Cleopatra, don´t you think?
