My wife got Talaq from the quazi courts without my permision or my knowledge. So tell me good sister how can a quazi do this?

the woman also has a right to get divorce.but she needs to go to court(if she is living in muslim country) or needs to go to local imam/qazi (if she is living in non-muslim country).however qazi/imam/court needs to call the husband and need to get his point of view as well.but in practice they realy dont bother to call the husband to attend the hearing.
