This highly energized impulse affects creation (or dissipation infact.. hi & lo pressure) of cloud/pressure differentials. Or to produce energy potential.. transmit it to other areas where other haarp arrays can add to it or even 'download' the energy. In other extreme cases it (theoretically) can effect crust pressure events, aka targeted earthquakes. imo

@1walicki Also, have you heard of Electromagnetic fog? It is a theory *no scientific research* that this slows down time and bends space around you, to *cut through* and appear elsewhere. Happened to a pilot, forgot what video it was on. He stated he was piloting and went into such a cloud of fog, and in 5 minute time appeared somewhere where he would have to take 20 minutes to get there through flight? Crazy stuff, if real of course, maybe the government is recreating this, or trying at least.

How do they get HAARP out of a cloud? That makes no sense at all, this only effects HF , HF does not have high energy like such as Gamma Rays , Visible light has, Plus Ionization is not a long lived thing and the ionosphere is higher than clouds. , Where are the clouds in above Alaska? The effect there would be 1,000 of times stronger than other places , RF is only in the micro to milli volt range 1,000 of miles away. combined radio stations on this earth has more energy than the HAARP does.

I have been studying this subject in a scholarly manner since the mid 80's when they were building it in Alaska. Chemtrails are more difficult to prove or research for obvious reasons (no fixed installation). As real as the HAARP installations are I have yet to find one shred of proof that they are being used for anything besides research. Rather than speculate and post conjectures I challenge anyone on YT to post a single proof linking HAARP to weather manipulation. Just one Proof. I am waiting

But, consider this....Galileo, Darwin and Einstein came up with some pretty wild "speculations" in their time. In fact, Einstein suspected that gravity could bend light but admitted he couldn't prove it.

After his death however, this was eventually proven to be true.

My point is that "speculation" and "conjecture" are often the seeds that lead to "proof".
