I think she did a good job as for all over the place (the song was lets go crazy) i like janelle monae, she was being herself, she does channel james brown with her dancing. at least she didnt try to do it exactly like prince, she remained true to herself. I think alicia tried to sing like prince in some parts of adore, but i think she sounded better when she sung normal
