MP5 is perfect for CQB the shortened AK which I'm guessing you mean the AKS-74U would be overkill, it is not suitable therefore uneccessary.

You all should try a PC game called Swat 4 and its expansion pack if you haven't already. Its similar in gameplay mechanics to Rainbow Six only its done alot better, mostly because the A.I is superb, which also gives it alot more replay value as a result of that alone. In my opinion Swat 4 beats Rainbow Six in many aspects. The only thing Rainbow Six has that Swat 4 doesnt have is the ability to plan your mission before you carry it out .

It was pretty cool, but to make it more realistic, the SWAT team would have moved much faster up that staircase. Also, when the last guy came in on the right side door, his muzzle should've been lowered. Nice vid for the most of part.
