I like Judge Strickland alot but I really wish he would stop deferring to Brad Conway in this case. He represents the lying Anthonys, not Casey. well not officially anyway.
Strickland hates her, you can tell. Or he wouldn't have ruled to have her check fraud trial before her murder trial. He's as tired of the Anthonys as everyone else.
Judge rules just after noon today to NOT DISMISS the murder and child abuse charges Casey Anthony is facing. Thank God the Judge has a brain...unlike...the smirking Biaz.

Yeah guess they want to make sure nobody can say she's not getting a fair trial. Part of him was probably curious too wondering what documents they even attached to each.
LOVE IT when the prosecutor says she is NOT there to represent the FAMILY but is there to represent the deceased child !!!!!!

My curiousity made me sit and listen.
But my heart wanted to leave because i cant stand the defence any longer.
Sad Strickland didnt rule inmediatly.
