  • Hey, great video! The only thing is that I wished you showed what they looked like when you are wearing them. That is one thing many reviewers/unboxers fail to do in their videos.

  • @Acuprotech the picture that you send to them must be complete black and white. Not even grayscale.

  • Beats are 100% name brand, V-moda has a real good product going for itself. If you have a Costco membership you can pick these up at just about any Costco for $80 which is 1/3 the original retail price.

  • I appreciate the video of the headphones, much better than pictures, but I don't understand why you never mention the sound quality other than to say it's awesome and the size of the drivers. Oh well.

  • LMAO, nevermind im an idiot i think the cable was just a bit lose on the headphones. These things are awesome =P. And btw if you buy them at radioshack until dec 31st they sell for $100!

  • I just bought these they are good when it comes to the instruments audio and stuff, but how come the voices are terrible on some songs like they whisper and stuff mostly Metal -_- which sucks for me since that's what I listen to most. Anyone know if its possible to fix that?

  • What's all this shit about buying them from Costco I go there once a week and I never see them there can someone help me!

  • are these still 200?

  • you sound like john c reily

  • does this work on pc?

  • This fucking thing is not 45 degree angle.

I have checked and its 43.2

    !OWNED!

  • I am selling a pair on ebay, got them as a gift and i do not need them. Its on auction and the price is $36 right now. My ebay name is orbayburak. 100% feedback.

  • Please answer asap, that would be appreciated. I wanted to get these from costco for 80$ but im not sure that if I buy them from costco will i get the real thing or some cheap/fake/replica brand made by costco? Please answer asap, please, sale is only for a week or so more :3

  • @dtooth79 Naw, I'm 100% confident you will not get a fake. Costco would be sued a fortune for selling counterfeited products . It's one of those companies you can trust, for example Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc.

  • @ZaMengLin thanks man, i just wasnt sure, ima go pick em up tommorow, or i might get em for christmas, thanks though.

  • @dtooth79 just bought mine from Costco for 80$ , your good to go.

  • 2 people got beats.......

  • just brought mine on newegg for 80 gun.metal

  • $80 @ Newegg right now, just got a pair

  • have the Crossfade LP2 better sound ?

  • i got these from amazon!

  • @sayHeyToShea You can buy these on newegg still for 75$ for a limited time.. 105$ off promo code free on newegg. It ends tomorrow

  • @andlepotato some faggot ass companies make fakes. I would reccomend not buying from ebay. There is a section of the vmoda website that sells pairs with damaged boxes for around 130-140$. I reccomend buying those.

  • @SayHeyToShea i just did that and im waiting for them now.

  • i think you should focus more on the headphone..... but not the cable. You spend too much time talking about the cable. dude.

  • @yesyes44 Thank for your constructive criticism, dude.

  • @yesyes44 no just stop talking

  • i got mine for 50$

  • newegg has had them on sale for under $80 twice in the past couple weeks. I got mine while they were $75, I'm sure if you wait, you might see them at a low price again. One thing I just found out is that you can replace the metal shields, including the "V" shaped ones on the headband for other very nice colors through the v-moda website for $30, and you can have them make you customized ones for $80, if you are baller like that.

  • you can also get these headphones on v-moda website for $200

  • I had the beats... but they broke, the plastic broke in two.... i got these now, but my only complaint is i get headaches from using these.... i think they need to be be stretched a bit.. . The sound quality is amazing!

  • i cant decide whether i want these heapdhones or the ath m50s, ppl say the m50s are the best headphones u can buy in terms of sound quality in the 100 to 200 dollar price range, but the crossfades have good quality too and they look badass, anybody have any advice? thanks

  • I got em for 89.99

  • @LarcEnCiel88 How?

  • whoever buys beats is just retarded, they are only good for the name...the bass drowns out all the sound, which inst even that clear and crisp anyways

  • HEY SOMEONE PLEASE REPLY. WIll the V-Modas provide Head SHaking bass for rap and dubstep? if not what will??

  • @xsporian If the V-moda Crossfade LPs were a superhero, they'd be The Incredible Hulk -- loud and absolutely out of control. If you love deep, brain-imploding bass, write your will and buy a set of these headphones pronto!!

  • @MrScroob they technically have one in each end of the headphone, but they have a patented 50 mm dual diaphragm driver that is pretty much two drivers built in to one single driver; for that womping bass :).

  • After these have been burnt in, 25 hours of listening or so... They are absolutely incredible.

  • i think they too delicate for djing where they attached to ear pad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I googled these and it says Amazon is selling them for 149... Are they trustworthy? Would I be getting the same thing I would get if I was buying this from the Apple Store for example?

  • @AmpdEditz Yeah i just ordered mine off amazon. They are very reliable!

  • You have to go with the v-moda..... I got the white ones.!! and the sound I'll say is a lot better then beats. I try the beats so many times to see if they were worth my money but the v-moda sold me out with out thinking twince

  • My pearl whites dont say v moda on the headband. also when I use them, i absolutely cannot hear any vocals on any song even with equilizer on. also, the noise is very dim and quiet at full volume. HELP?

  • @Adlepotato51 hmm where did you buy them?? becouse it sounds like u bought fakes...

  • they come in custom also now.

  • great video man, is you could choose between those headphones and the solo hd beat of dr. dre, which would you choose?

  • 128headphones on ebay, you can get the cheapest price...great headphones, they make the beats by dre look cheap. awesome buy.

  • mine come in tomorrow!!!!!!!!! i got the pearl white ones for $175 from amazon.com

  • are these purchasable anywhere? cant find them

  • @pudgesfan7 V-Moda's website

  • @pudgesfan7 I actually picked mine up at the apple store

  • @pudgesfan7 apple store!

  • @pudgesfan7 there like 120 if you get them from amazon

  • @pudgesfan7 amazon

  • now i have beats by dres, and im takin them back to the store. they sound beautiful, but they are flimsy to me, but they are solo hds. i will get these instead. better build qualinty and killer sound makes these very nice compared to beats, but if you are going to compare 2 different headphones, make sure u say which ones u are comparing and not just say beats or bose or even skullcandy. they're headphones.

  • Vmodas vs beats. I vote VMODA. I tried both at the apple store, they were connected to itouches and i youtube'd the music i typically listen too (dubstep) and the vmoda's bass completely blew me away. The beats are a little more clear, but the bass is was better in the vmoda and they are much more comfortable in my opinion. Also if you listen to music as loud as i do you wont need the sound cancelling that the beats offer

  • Are there battery compartments for maximum potential..?

  • @mrwiiman1 These are nothing like beats, and they sound better

  • Comment removed

  • @mrwiiman1 you're comparing v moda's to dre beats, your argument is already invalid.

you're acting like dre beats was the genesis of good headphones or something. is pioneer, sennheiser, grados, sony, etc. all imitating the dre beats as well? seems like the majority of the people who purchase dre beats are the ones who watch too much product placement in music videos, or get talked into by a sales rep at best buy. (or hey, you might just be rich and collect headphones lol.)

  • @mrwiiman1 beats are plastic peices of shit that break in 1 day if you dont take care of them... they overbass everthing and they weigh 280g... about 1/4 lb

  • @mrwiiman1 I HAVE BEATS BY DRE THE AND THEY ARE THE SHIT IN SOUND BUT THE CABLES SUCK DICK MAN MY BROTHER BOUGHT THE POWER BEATS AND THE CABLES ARE BROKEN AND MY BEATS STUDIO CABLE IS BROKEN TOO

  • @RandySore So, essentilly, the headphones suck/ because you can't listen to them...

  • @RandySore i think you mean they are *shit* in sound

  • @mrwiiman1 1. How do they look even remotly like the beats? They are like the most original headphones ever. 2. The beats suck in sound quality and are overpriced. V-MODA FTW!

  • @mrwiiman1 Not to mention Monster Beats is a very new company, v-moda was founded before them

  • @mrwiiman1 "Beats are official and 100% more efficient?" Seriously? I owned both the Solo and Studio and both are garbage! My Studios cracked then half a year later it started making really annoying static noises. I decided to upgrade with Audio Technica ATH-M50 and those blow the Studios out the water. And they cost half the price than the Studios. Just because the Studios pack a lot of bass doesn't mean they are the best. You're paying $300 bucks for the name.

  • @mrwiiman1 these are othing like the beats thes look way better and btw the beats are $200 because they are by dr. dre the crossfades are $200 because they are worth the price

  • @mrwiiman1 dude learn the facts beats are far from being the best headphones

  • @mrwiiman1 Actually no, not at all. You're just brainwashed by how "cool" the beats are, and they suck. Way over priced and they are only expensive because of the "By Dre" part. I could snap them in 2 seconds their made of some shitty plastic, feels like a cheap toy. and just to mask how bad they sound they just destroy the headphones by blasting bass.

  • Can anyone compare these to the sennheiser hd 280, taking into consideration price style and build quality

  • i found them on amazon for only $130 new and they are perfect i love them!

  • @BarneyIsWithUs ebay u can get them for about $80 brand new!The seller only sells V Moda earphones and headphones

  • gonna be getting the nero ones (purple and black snake skin) , they look so fuckin sick, ahha, cant wait to get them!

  • one thing that is better about dre pros is that u can plug ova ppls headphones into em

  • @wimpykid989898 he is re unboxing it cuz the ribbion has been cut

  • are these noise canceling?

  • @InBuddhaiTrust Noise isolating, even though they're not meant for that they block some noise because they sit over your ear.

  • PIONEER IS BETTER...THE NEW ONE!

  • @wimpykid989898 I don't film unboxing videos. I do the unboxing during the review

  • are these better than the beats by dre?

  • @jungmaeng I've never tested the beats

  • @jungmaeng yes. waaaaayyyyy better then those ugly looking things!!....these have incredible base.

  • @jungmaeng people that those OWNS the beats by dre

  • @jungmaeng people say that these OWN the beats by dre

  • @jungmaeng YES!! The Beats By Dre are good ONLY for hip-hop music. Even then, the sound quality only works for mainstream modern hip-hop, not old school, trip-hop, or any other genre. The noise cancellation is amazing but that's all the phones have going for them. NEVER buy those.

  • @jungmaeng yea iv herd in loads of vids they are better sound and also ALOT stronger

  • @jungmaeng ive personally tested both of these and i would say without a doubt that the crossfades are a better buy because the are so much more flexible if you try and stretch out the beats by dre trust me they will break i know this far to well i went to through 2 pairs of them and with the crossfades they use a strong flexible type of metal that is very strong. im still usin the same pair and have not run into any problems yet.

  • @jungmaeng For the price I would think so I tested both and the V-moda feel better

  • @jungmaeng They are yes, I have owned both and prefer these, theyr’e far more durable and the sound is very well rounded.

  • @jungmaeng Beats kind suck, get the crossfade lp.

  • @jungmaeng yes these are better then beats i tryed out my friend beats by dre solos ... so plasticy i was afraid to break them n ow him 200 bucks ... base is good but quality is crap n dosnt hit lows , now v-modas are amazing i found them at my job some kid left them so i picked them up n hooked them up n loved them so conformable i for got i had them on for 5 hrs turns out the cushions are memorie foam ,quality is amazing light weight metal dosnt feel like there going to break in ur hands

  • @nightr4 only thing is if ur not use to deep base these might seem stong to u but if dub n elec is ur thing ull love these i did only thing is i turned them in with his book n caculator n headphones knowing i would be up set if lost my stuff

  • dont like the 45 degree angle i like the 90 degree angle jack better

  • would you recommend these headphones for dj-ing? like at parties....no major clubs, yet...

  • @RH4193 They don't look like the ear cups turn 90 degree. For DJing and Clubs you may want to invest in some Sony MDJ-V700DJ, that's what most professional audio engineers used, but with the added benefit of the 90 degree spin so you can easily turn and listen to the room mix.

  • Great headphones, nice review

  • Great review! Those headphones looks amazing!!

  • My next pair of headphones must have a detachable cord. The last 3 pairs I had broke b/c of the cord!!! But these are too expensive :-(

  • First! Awesome videos!
