EMC is so full of bull ... they don't know what one office is doing over another. The best thing to do is make your payments and if they get it wrong, fight them ... but NEVER stop making payments. Be really careful, though. JPMorgan Chase owns EMC and they own Foremost Insurance -- which holds a lot of homeowners' insurance policies. Foremost will send your checks back, torn or otherwise made worthless and then cancel your policy ... JPMorgan Chase is as crooked as the day is long.
