Efectivamente, en México a las júdias verdes les llamamos ejotes, y a los guisantes chicharos, tambien cuando alguien nos da el costo de alguna verdura, por lo regular nos dice "el kilo" por ejemplo $ 5 el kilo de tomate, etc... buen video!

y guisantes son "chícharos" si no me equivoco... y el maíz puede ser "elotes" tembién y los tomates "jitomates" ;-)

@tontitofrito Hahaha sí muchas formas pero creo que las que deben saber más es elotes y ejotes porque son muy ajenas a las demás. Aunque los jitomates y lo tomates son diferentes. Los jitomates son los grandes rojos, mientras que lo tomates son pequeños y verdes. Aunque mucha gente les dice tomate/jitomate a los dos.

Entiendo que hay lugares en donde a los frijoles les dicen "fríjoles" y "porotos".

Solo quería hacer un comentario de que algunas verduras se venden por pieza, por ejemplo la lechuga y algunas veces el brocoli tambien. La abreviacion es c/u por cada uno. Gracias por tus videos!

Sólo quería contribuir un poco con los nombres con que conocemos aquí en San Luis Potosí a unas verduras de las que mencionaste. Al pimiento verde le llamamos pimientón, a los guisantes chícharos, y a las judías verdes ejotes.

In the middle part of the video, I explain that a few countries call their money (currency) "pesos."

Mexico is one of them, which is what the examples of the money are.

If you were speaking in Spain though, they do use 'euros' so that would be fine.

Try not to make "Z" fricative as in English when you pronounce "Zanahoria", it's just /S/ in Spanish.

There seems to be differing opinions. From what I can tell, modern usage will be:

¿Dónde está(n)? or possibly ¿En dónde está(n)?

After investigating it appears as though

"¿Adónde?" to mean 'where' instead of 'to where' is an archaic (old) usage.
