This was hands down best Mirko's fight of whole career.He scored with EVERY kick,he dodged every kick,it was fight for school books.Well,to be fair,almost all of his fights were good,he was exciting fighter to watch,no matter he never won the belt,but he was more exciting to watch than Fedor.Hes huge disadvanage was that he was very small for HW,I think hes natural weight is arround 95-98 kgs.And when he put 110 so he could wrestle,he lost speed for dodging kicks which was his great skill.

I loved Pride because it seemed like an actual sporting event. With the boxing ring, bright lights, Olympic type crowd layout. I also loved the fact that the Japanese audience was so respectful and had a good working of knowledge of the sport and so was appreciative of the action; unlike the fans of UFC who just want to drink beer and see someone's teeth get knocked out.
