I have suffered with this for years it posions your body dont eat gluten its a killer i think antibotics started mine fucking doctor would just keep feeding them to me to make me better idiot caused me a lot of suffering its hard to find a doctor that cares, i found via the net flagyl and dyfluken and they have helped me but i still have fare ups and i have even been told it was all in my mind, a whited coated tongue and feeling ike death warmed over is not in ones mind.

This is scary. I am pretty sure I have this and worse off I think I've had this for YEARS. I have autoimmune hypothyroidism and lately my body is going haywire despite my hypothyroidism being "under control" now.

Recently: Blurry vision, muscle aches, brain fog, dizziness/vertigo, numbness/tingling in hands/feet, getting VERY cold extremities and indegestion- but now it seems like my food is undigested/rotting inside of me and it hurts terribly.

Itchy skin & rash has been an issue, too.

To top it off my boyfriend has began getting itchy all over his body (like me) and has a matching red blister/papule rash like I have.

Since he seems to have it now I'm freaked out- I've been getting so bad I am too incapacitated to do every day tasks like brush my hair... I'm trying to get checked but my doctor appointment is a month away. I'm thinking I need to be tested by my gastrointologist but I'm not sure-

@BeyondBracelets Doctors couldn't tell me what was wrong with me. So, now I'm having to take my health in my own hands. If you can afford to do so then go see a naturopath, your insurance probably won't cover it but they will be able to help. There are things that he stresses you must do: eat an alkaline diet, take and rotate herbal antifungals, take an enzyme that eats the cell wall of yeast, do regular colon cleanses, take probiotics, drink water (not tap). He breaks it all down on his website and tells you what brands to use. Hope this helps! :)

@BeyondBracelets I have most of your symptoms and I feel your pain! I have decided to treat myself doctors are a joke these days.. Specially when it comes to Candida. I have been researching like crazy and so far I am on a Veggie, chicken and fish diet. I have Threelac, Coconut oil, Apple cider Vinegar, aloe Vera juice, very high multivitamin and a non dairy protein shake. I am also doing a lot of detox baths and a few colon cleanse. It all helps. @luvangel1883 Yeah, my doctor is just certain I'm just some drama queen but I treated myself for a week with diet alone and started to feel a lot better. I know without antifungal medication on top of diet I probably won't be quite so successful, though. Someone said raw garlic is a great antifungal and I have seen stuff about coconut oil... the one thing I question is apple cider vinegar. I saw "the mother" helps but it seems iffy since I'm pretty sure all vinegar has sugars in it.

My blood boils with the fact most doctors TOTALLY understate the effects of candida. Some say it doesnt exsist. Its said 75% of the western world has candida over growth. To Kill candida you need to stave it and take very good quality herbs. Its very important to change youre herbs around when taking them. Candida can become immune to them

I just wanted to throw my two cents to this: a few weeks ago I woke up with all this nasty stuff all over the insides of my mouth. I had had an itchy throat fr months but I decided to ignore it.

I called the doctor and well it was candida, so he told me to rinse my mouth with Nystatin and Bicarbonate soda. Worked like a charm : In 2 days my mouth was clear. But I also have it in my throat which explains the cough and itchyness. I am finishing my fluconazole treatment, hope it works.
