It looks to small like its not covering enough sensitive areas particularly the kidney belt and the spine guard don't come down far enough also the shoulder pads look a bit to small like they might become uncomfortable after a bit.
THANK YOU for the video. I found a screaming deal on a brand new suit but it was only available in Large. On the site I measure just into the XL sizes so based on your vid and the comments here I decided the L is probably going to be a better fit. I'll post back here with my info once I get it in order to help future youtubers looking for sizing info on this.
Have you ridden it at all, how does that chest protector come in? Im most concerned with that chest protector looking like a peace of foam instead of something hard to take an impact. I got a fox titan sport suit, but i feel like master chief when im wearing it. The large sizes pads were too big and i felt like i lost too movement, so i bought the medium and when i tried it on at home, i felt suffocated so im returning it. Im looking at that sixsixone but that chest protector, idk...
So I just got my medium evo suit in the mail. I'm 6'4" and actually prolly more like 170-175 (tall and skinny). The medium fits me very well. The sleeves don't come all the way to my wrists but as a tall person im used to this. I let out all the slack on the elbow adjustments and took in the shoulder straps a tiny bit. It's super light and you hardly notice you're wearing it. It fits under jerseys without notice and even under some loose fitting under armor shirts without stretching them.
I am 5'8 150 lbs there is a inch of play with the velcro to adjust each of the straps. After using it a couple of times I would prefer it been a little tighter. I don't mind it been a little loose as it lets the air in to cool me down..
What is your height and/or weight if you don't mind me asking? My chest and weight measurements say large on their size chart so I know you recommend going a size smaller. I'm 6'4" and around 180 lbs, do you think the medium would have the length for me?
Nice video and good to get to see the product before buying!!(just like you said). Just bought the Assault Pressure Suit, short sleeve, looking forward to using that one once I've seen your video!

The Padding is the new type that hardens on impact but more pliable during normal movement. D3O make it i think.
