Pikmin 2 will give you more bang for your buck, which I mean that it is alot longer. Plus it includes a multiplayer and co-op session. But the first has the classic visuals and is a bit more of a challenge. I would say buy both because considering they are now 5 years old and the first f 8 years old they should be cheap.

i think Pikmin 3 is coming out in Spring of 2009. thats what it says on Wikianswers, but you never know. I remember a couple of instances that Nintendo has put back their release date. Legend of Zelda the twilight princess, Super Smash Brothers Brawl, and the Nintendo Wii itself. So i guess it comes out when it comes out. I will be waiting with the rest of you!!
