  • I just bought your Hydrapak 100 oz. I was initially very happy until I filled it with water and noticed a slow leak from the plug n play connector. Is mine defective or is this leak normal?

  • Try wrapping the tube end with a cloth for a little extra grip. This may give you just the advantage you are looking for.

  • It seems easy, but it takes the hand of a bear to unplug if you ask me... 1-0 for plug vs. hands...

    (i'm trying to remove the plug to clean the reservoir of a Hydrapack Hip Sip 32)

  • It can take a good strong pull...try pulling at an angle rather than straight out.

  • I'm having trouble removing the classic hose. Can anyone help? I know he does it right there in the video, but it's giving me more trouble, I don't want to force anything, nor tear it up. Any help?
